Today, the wish or the need of a tire dealer is to please as fast as possible a customer standing in front of him or calling by phone.
This means:
- having a system where he can find accurate, up to date information about products
- knowing exactly when he can provice which products to the customer
- being able to place a firm purchase order in a minimum time
But in the same time, the dealer should focus on doing business and not on spending time to check deliveries and invoice in the evening. And all this by respecting the legal aspect, and internal organization/procedure.
We cannot replace the charming voice of a sales desk lady answering on the phone but we can help the above mentioned things happen.
